A grand estate, in the heart of the Blue Mountains.
Formerly Katoomba Manor B&B. Now available as your next private getaway.
This house stands among the eucalypts at the crown of the Blue Mountains. We have kept what made it special and quietly made it yours for a few days at a time.
Grandeur and gardens, reimagined.
A grand home with timeless character. Marble-columned verandahs. Lush, layered gardens. Four private suites, each curated over decades of travel. Booked as a whole home, for long weekends, small weddings, and the occasional private dinner.
There is a greenhouse at the back for reading. A cinema room for the children. A long walnut table for everyone else.

The verandah at dusk.
One home. Four suites.
Antiques and artwork collected over years of travel. Every suite is a standalone world - Parisian, Bohemian, Provincial, Australian.
Bourgeois Bohemian Suite
Marble, velvet, and layered textiles. The estate's most generous suite, and the one guests return for.
Parisian Suite
Tall windows, antique mirrors, and a four-poster bed. Every inch feels lifted from a 6th arrondissement apartment.
Louis Suite
Classical and quiet. Carved timber, warm linen, and gilt-framed portraits that watch over you while you sleep.
Australis Suite
A nod to the Australis that surrounds the estate. Eucalypt tones, woven textures, and the morning light this suite is known for.
Four suites. One estate. Available by the night.
A closer look at the estate.
Original artwork, ornate marble finishes, and pieces collected over years of travel. Beyond the suites, there is a private cinema for late-night films, a long table built for ten, a greenhouse for quiet mornings, and manicured gardens that ask to be walked slowly.
Quiet things to do.
The estate has a rhythm of its own. Here is where it unfolds.
The Greenhouse
For reading, writing, or quiet tea. East-facing glass, always full of morning light.
The Dining Room
The long walnut table, laid for long and unhurried dinners. Where the weekend pauses.
The Cinema Room
Plush seating, Netflix, and an Xbox. Where the children disappear after dinner.
The Gardens
Layered, lush, and mostly unmanicured by design. Walk them slowly.

“The cinema was amazing, and it was great to have a bathroom in each bedroom. A very special stay.
“Plenty of room for ten. Standouts were the big table for eating dinner, the cosy living room, and the home theatre.
